How are the points determined? I would say that it would be unfair if say someone did 75 paragraph reviews in a week and then someone else did 50 really good quality reviews and then the person that did the 75 reviews won. Is there some way you guys grade that?
Whale. Whale. Whale. What do we have here?

Points are not determined - as stated, it is simply the number of reviews. Someone can indeed write the minimum required to be counted as a review. However, I don't think quantity always necessarily means a review is better than another. I've seen plenty of long reviews that say nothing at all, and plenty of short reviews that have the best advice in them.

This competition rewards number of reviews. There are others which favour points, such as review days, but this rewards something else - the ability to read lots of different works from different people and contribute something to all of them. That can be just as difficult as writing an in depth review.

It is also worth me saying that any reports of people being unsportsmanlike by post very short, unhelpful reviews (e.g. by simply padding paragraphs without actually helping the author) then I will disqualify those reviews.

I need to get back into the swing of reviewing, anyways. It's been far too long since my last reviewing spree...
