If you count to ten
Then count to three
You’re thirteen steps ahead of me
But if you count infinity
I’m closer than you’ll ever be
"Is", "is." "is" — the idiocy of the word haunts me. If it were abolished, human thought might begin to make sense. I don't know what anything "is"; I only know how it seems to me at this moment. -Robert Anton Wilson

For what it is, the poem serves its purpose well. The phrasing and syllables flow comfortably, though I'm not sure whether I would prefer this verse with or without punctuation... I'll have to think on that.

I look forward to reading some more of your poetry!

this was deep, I liked it... and it as worded beautifully... and it was deep... (I love using that word.)
