Note to @methrirr123: I believe that if it were called the "Great Toll Bridge", then it is most likely made of stone and also have some for of gates, castles etc. at both tends of the bridge. Other than that, it was a great post.

Greetings, my companions! because my post is hoing to contain a shrine to the goddess of Curses and Beasts, I believe it is only fitting that we compile a list of gods and goddesses for this world. This is what I have this far:

-Istar -God of Creation, Truth and Order, Ruler of the Gods
-Lakadeema -Goddess of Magic, Luck and Superstition, Wife of Istar
-Obad-Hai (From Jorgen's profile) -God of Nature, Health and Medicine

-Roltir -God of Chaos, Darkness and Cruelty, God of the Underworld
-Ariana -Goddess of Death, Pain and Illness, Wife of Roltir
-Guel-Ma-Veer -Goddess of War, Rage and Fear

-Ethenis -God of Wisdom, Knowledge and Caution
-Deela -Goddess of Curses, Beasts and Hunting
-Cruliene -God of Time, Fate and the Sky

-Fazad-Birfl -God of Wealth, Trade and the Earth, Patron god of the Dwarves
-Niamh (by Aurora99) -Goddess of Mischief, Wickedness and Madness

Like you can see, we need MANY more gods and goddesses, so please expand on this list. Please note that each god/ goddess controls three things, and Each should have a shrine dedicated to them somewhere. Read my post to discover why Deela's shrine is in the place where it is encountered.

FYI there is a series of tunnels on the other sideof th underground city of Deela (which is btw a city of werewolves, vampires, witches, etc) and one of those tunnels leads sraight to Gzomriflt (albeit continuosly underground and about a week long)

@methrirr123, Wizards are not the same a Sorcerers. The latter are evil and the former are good. So I suggest you pick one term for the one on the Great Toll Bridge.

Where I come from, the words Mage, Magister, Magician, Sorcerer, Wizard, and Warlock are all synonymous for Spellcaster. Jorgen wouldn't know the difference anyway, so he'd refer to them as whatever he though the words were. Besides, writting looks boring if the same word appears to many times.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.

Also, if the "great toll bridge" were controlled by bandits, I can't imagine that it'd be that high quality.

Note to @metrirr123: If I remember correctly, I said it was controlled by bandits©, NOT made by them. The bridge has existed for hundreds of years, and was only taken over by bandits a years ago, maybe atwo decades at most. AND if it is the only bridge that can be "safely" used for leagues either way, than I believe that the bandits would protect it with as much defences and force as possible, just to make sure that it doesn't get taken over by anyone else again.

@methrirr123 edit if you wish, but there is no real flaw. It may not be totally realistic but it was a good move for the plot (as was your post WW,) and let it stand as it is, for simplicity.
@TheWanderingWizardi like the idea of a list of god and goddesses (I shall put it into first post once I get a computer to work on) but it needn't be comprehensive. Remember in such a universe it is a rank (of great magical power) as much as anything else, and there are several with overlaps. So we can add more when someone references them in the SB.
@Aurora99 I gave a list of basic requirements on the last page, if you find all in order feel free to submit a character and notify me if and when you do so.

@TakeThatYouFiend, I have only been able to go onto the internet today, so I shall have my character page up by tomorrow. (And I have already finished writing my first two posts, so that won't be a problem.)

@NicoleBri I don't want to sound like a meanie but your post directly clashes with @TheWanderingWizard 's previous post, so could you please edit it somehow?

@TakeThatYouFiend

Done with the character profile, the reading, and I'm all caught up. Hope it's all good, but if you want me to change anything, please do tell.
Also, I won't have computer access from Friday until Sunday afternoon, GMT. (I have a chorus retreat in the wilderness, no electronics). Since that's exactly three days, I might post as soon as I come home, but more likely, I'll be a day late, since I'll be exhausted, plus homework.

@TheWanderingWizard

My character- if Fiend approves her- worships a certain Goddess Niamh, who is thought to be the goddess of wicked. There are others, but as she comes from a different world/place, it's natural she'd have different beliefs. Is that okay?

I think that's all.

@TakeThatYouFiend, I have submitted my character page. As soon as it has been approved, I shall submit my first post. (By the way, the character page is quite long, and the posts will be of equal length.)

I see I have been approved, so my post will be up momentarily.

EDIT: Ta Da!

(PS: A "Tower" is a brass coin, a "Castle" is a silver coin, and a "Crown" is a gold coin. A Castle is worth fifty Towers, and a Crown is worth twenty Castles or 1000 Towers.)
