I know I want initials C.J.
I mean, J.K.Rowling, C.S. Lewis, J.R.R.Tolkien... you get the point.
But I have a constant debate going on over my last name. I mean, I would never be able to decide on a pseudonym but I don't want to use my last name because, you know, what if I got married and had to keep publishing books under my maiden name because I was already famous and I couldn't fully take my poor husband's last name?!

I'm not sure. I'd like to use my name, but I find it kinda... lame-ish, for an author name. However, I can't think up any pennames >.>

I would use my birth name. Not to brag but my full name sounds good together.

Like other females have said, I likely wouldn't use my last name, since it *could* change, if I ever got married. (And I just don't really like it.) I have two middle names, though, and I'm kinda proud of that. I might use my first and two middle names, and leave off the last; Sarah Marie Rose. What d'ya think?

Also, @ancientforever, I like your name!

I honestly don't know.
I like my name-even though it is kind of ironic-but my initials spell keg.
If I had to use a made up name, I would go with the Aragorn inspired username, Shadowstrider.

I've kind of decided for a long time to just go with initials, especially because my name gives way of my heritage and I didn't want people to judge me because of it. That and I think it has an interesting ring to it,

A. Lois O.

that's what I was thinking. But I'm considering changing my first name into my middle name so my initials format may change, but definitely initials. I just like the simplicity and ring to it.
I believe in that, which is not seen.

For school stuff (essays) I go by my initials: E. D. W. I have to put my middle initial, otherwise it'd spell out E.W. (Who would read a book by an author with those initials?) Making up names for me is too hard because I like so many of them, hence the triple-worded username I have now!

I can't decide! I've always thought it would be cool to see my own name in print, but then again there are a few reasons that a psuedonym could be good.

For one thing my first and last name rhyme, and it inspires people to use a nickname that I really don't like.
But then again I would love to show all the people that know me that I am and awesome smartypants who is smart enough to write a book, and only one person uses that nickname I don't like anyway.

And for another thing, there is this problem http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/05/0 ... 31935.html but seeing as I am an artist, I'd probably get to make my own cover.
