I agree with groink maybe you should take get a associates at a local community college so u are familiar with the campus when you are 17

Come to the UK!

Acknowledged to be one of the best university systems in the world, easy to apply for, and as long as you've taken your qualifications (doesn't matter from what country, either) they'll let you in; age is no barrier.

Sure, it'll be a little freaky being in another country, but so what? What's university about if not the experience of grabbing something new and out of your comfort zone? Heck, what's life about?

Anyway, just a thought :D there's plenty of great universities here, and if you're seriously thinking about it, then I can give you the scope on which are good for which subject.
