Yes, those are the image tags (without the spaces).
If the image is somewhere on the internet already, right click and select "copy image URL". Then paste in the tags and voila!
If it's on your personal computer, you need to upload it to a site like Photobucket or ImageShack first. You have to register, but it's free! Hope that helps!
