Arsenal
Return to The Headquarters
Creator: Omni
Roleplay: The Headquarters
Nickname:
Sit down. I'm Commander Furia, head of HQ. If you get this job, you'll take orders from me. Understood?
Your Response: Of course, ma'am.
Hmm. Closer to the microphone. State your name for the record.
Your Name: The name's Sarah Stanfield.
Okay. First mistake of this job. We don't use our actual names here. Give me an alias.
Your Alias: All right... first test failed then. Call me Arsenal
Really? That's the best you can come up with? No, no, we're moving forward. What makes you qualified for this job?
Your Abilities: I have a gun that can have many adaptations, and I carry a whole bunch with me. The gun and the attachments are all built with some fancy schmancy nanotech that was developed during the Mecha War. So an attachment like communicates to the gun what it needs to built it to, and the gun adapts to that. I can make some crazy combos, which is cool. And the gun is super lightweight, too! Nanotech, man, way above my paygrade.
Strengths: My gun is really cool. It can adapt to any situation and won't ever run out of bullets or ammo.
Weaknesses: It takes time to adapt when I put an attachment, and I am not great at hand-to-hand combat, nor am I like a good defense person. I tend to go all in..
Hmm. Okay, so what are you planning on wearing to the battlefield? Nothing ridiculous. I'm not going to waste my resources on a flashy suit just for you to die on the first mission.
Your Appearance: Gimme a good ole-fashioned military vest. Something with looooots of pockets. I'm gonna need those pockets, now.
We'll smooth out the details later. Good enough. Now to the nitty gritty. I need to know that you'll be compatible with the other members. I also need to know that you know yourself enough to reveal all aspects of your personality, even the not so good.
Your Personality: I'll get a job done and make sure everyone gets home. People can come to me with their problems, I'll hear them out. Take everyone in when no one can. I have fun when I can, right.,
Strengths: I know how to keep a team together, especially under pressure.
Weaknesses: Now, I'll get along with most everyone, as long as you ain't got no mechas working with me. Can't trust em after they did what they did. I don't care if they were mind controlled or nothing, that's just what the media wants you to think.
We'll learn soon enough if what you said is the truth. Now. Tell me about your past. This is vital information, so try not to leave out details. Anything incriminating especially. I need to know if I have to do more paperwork to get you hired.
Your Age: 43
Your Gender & Pronouns: Woman, she/her/FREEDOM
Your History: Well, I never really saw myself serving in the military, but when the Mecha War started, well... my patriotism just got the best outta me, y'know? I just found myself sucked into the call. Call it propaganda, I guess, but America does propaganda better than anyone else, and Texas does it best. See, my sweet little small town had some kinda new thing where it would grant those who sign up to the war effort a cute little keepsake for the participation. Mine just happened to be with my first scrap with those darn Mechas: a nanotech gun. The only good thing I got from the war, besides a nice scar across the shoulder.
Personal Secret: I have a son who don't talk to me no more, cause of my stance on Mechas after the war. He calls it racist, but like, how can you be racist to ROBOTS? Anyway, he's never had to fight in his life, so he doesn't get it. I miss him though, wish he would contact me again.
Personal Wish: Rid the world of those darned Mechas. Never thought they were good thing in the first place! And now people are marrying them?
I really did not need to know your hopes and aspirations, but thank you for that knowledge. Before we leave, do you have any questions for us?
Other: How's the retirement package?
