Gift: Healing -- Darien is able to "see" someone's genetic code and abnormalities in that code, things that could lead to heart disease or someone has a genetic disease they don't even know about. Darien can fix these genetic anomolies by pulling the strings he sees.

Appearance: Darien is an average height, with a lanky build and dark curly hair. He tends to wear a bandana to keep his curls out of his eyes and it also holds his large round glasses behind his ears. Darien has deep brown eyes and full cheeks, with a hint of a dimple on his right cheek. He has a sharp jawline and a few curlie-qs on his chin. When outside of his residency, he's usually seen wearing baggy shorts and hawaiian t-shirts.

Personality: Darien is basically all smiles, and he doesn't take life all too seriously. He'll get along with people if they don't really cause problems, and he's a real people pleaser. That's the extrovert in him, but he's a bit of an ambivert. He gets along more with people who are empathetic. Now, Darien's a loyal person. He will defend people who don't necessarily defend themselves, and he's the kind to stick to what he thinks is right and who he thinks is right. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean he's loyal to people even if they're wrong, but he will knock someone down if they're battering people for being wrong. He's also sassy and will not hesitate to tell someone if they're wrong. He's someone you can come to for advice, but not to be on your side no matter what happened. He'll comfort you -- after he says that was stupid.

Short History Darien was born in Florida to immigrant parents, so much of his life was lower class. He was the oldest of three children, and so he was often trying to help alleviate some of the pressure from his parents for his siblings. However, his parents always told him to focus on himself. So he did, and ended up getting a full ride to Peaks Medical Institute.

Crime/Wrongdoing: During his first year of residency, Darien was under a quite nice Dr. Suresh. Darien stole one of his residing physician's prescription notes and used an AI software to learn the physician's handwriting and used a 3d printer to print a prescription of narcotics that wouldn't look suspicious (aka pharmacy wouldn't call the physician and be like "yo, what's with all these pills you're prescribing??") in the physician's handwriting, and gives it to the patient. This is now both pre-meditated murder and, because the patient dies from overdose, the physician loses her license, so Darien is responsible for that too.
