Personality: Chad is very charismatic, but he's also impulsive and immature, being only 150 years old as opposed to several thousand. He's not the most intelligent, but he's nice and means well.
Up for Romance: No, but only because he's already with the love of his life.
Backstory: Chad was born in 1864, and grew up like any other normal kid, in a small town in upstate New York, then called Holden Williams, with three sisters who were triplets. When he was seven he found out he was adopted, only his parents truthfully told him they did not know who his birth parents were. When he was thirteen, they admitted that his birthmother had been an "extremely beautiful" woman named Molly, but they didn't know anything else about her. Chad continued on with his life, and he was close with older sisters. However, when he was eighteen, he stopped aging. However, he didn't notice until several years later. By that point, he'd completed an education at Princeton, where he became well known for hosting parties with Evelyn College, where many of his classmates would begin to date.
After college, he disappeared in a panic, and started his life over, again and again, learning more about the world. Throughout his lifetimes, his greatest skill was playing matchmaker. He had plenty of friends, and would be able to realize who would make a perfect romantic match, and he would often turn out to be right. He fought in World War 2, and earned quite a bit of extra money for himself writing love letters to the wives and girlfriends of his fellow soldiers.
However, he never found love himself, or even had a girlfriend. Not for lack of interest, but he held out until the right girl came along. It wasn't until he started calling himself Chad Johnson that he finally did. Her name was Tricia, and they fell in love at first sight. He was completely and totally besotted with her and finally understood what people were making such a deal about for all these years.
His other great skill was archery. He first picked it up in the 1920s, and ever sense he always has spent as much time with as he could, as it is favorite way to blow off steam.
He also has not forgotten his birth parents, and even though she is obviously long dead by now, he will not forget her and try to find her, and his father, one day.
Other: As Chad, he supports himself by working part time at Tinder and part time as an instructor at an archery range.
