Magic: Can control water. He can control water to a degree he can control the moisture in the air, or how much water is in a area (or density of water).
Gender: Male, he/him.
Appearance: He is rather tall being about 6'5, he is not particularly muscled, but has enough to make most people jealous. He has let his light black hair grow rather long, to around his shoulder's. His eye's are a light shade of blue. His outfit change's based on what he is doing, however he always wears a pearl necklace.
Personality: He gives off an aura of seriousness and smarts. He is rather inclusive, caring to talk in a friendly matter to only those few friends he has made. To those not his friends, he seems almost like a business man, serious without much more to him.
Up for Romance: He is not opposed, however he does not go seeking for it.
Backstory: Upon waking up in the water he sat there staring on the ocean floor. He sat there confused for nearly a day before surfacing and seeing other people. It was after he expressed his confusion to other people, that he learned of his powers. He spent most of his life in the seek of information. Some time when he was looking for information, he met a girl called amy, who showed him that his power's could bring joy to people. She gave him, his pearl necklace, which was incredibly expensive for the time period. She later claimed to other people of his's power and was called crazy and a witch. She told him to leave her to protect his reputation. But she made him promise to bring joy to at least one other person with his power's before he fled. His biggest regret was leaving her there, not defending her.
Other: He now works in a under-water laboratory studying water and all it's complexities. Trying to understand his power's more and see if there is anything more he can do with them.
