Powers:
Lightning Manipulation - His inherent ability, Slayer can create and manipulate electricity in his body. He uses it discreetly, applying it to his blood, sword, or uses it to increase his speed.

Blood Manipulation - The ability of 'Vapour Slayer' (though Slayer can also use it to a certain degree), he can manipulate his own blood. Used much more to hide his lightning manipulation. When combined together, he can create his "Blood Lightning Prison", a cage that can kill a single Vapour, but he is crippled for 20 minutes after using it and can't use his blood manipulation for the rest of the day.

Skills (If any): Slayer is a strategist, using his wits in order to trick his opponents. He's adept with two short swords, and is very agile as well. Slayer is good at making friends, while 'Vapour Slayer' is good at making enemies.

Appearance: Slayer looks like a very tall and lanky man, about twice as tall as the average human, but also a bit thinner than one. His skin is pitch black and covered with scars from his slavery days. When using Blood Lightning Prison, his skin turns into a deep crimson. He has brown eyes that become red when Vapour Slayer is active. He lacks a nose, but has nostrils. He has two wings on his back that he uses to glide, but cannot fly.
He wears a light vest and pants, and a tattered rag around his eyes. He also carries his two swords by his hips.

Personality: Slayer has two personalities, normal and 'Vapour Slayer'. Slayer is kind and well mannered, and is most notably known for his honour and his willingness to protect the weak. He also understands that not everyone has his hatred of the Vapour-folk, and will not force them to fight if they do not want to.
Vapour Slayer, on the other hand, is a crazy, crude, and violent individual. This side of Slayer only comes out when dealing with Vapours, and will lay dormant otherwise.
The two sides rarely conflict with each other, and as such Slayer has gotten used to switching between the two, making it seem like he's experiencing extreme mood swings.

History: Appearing in the Upper Metropolis and given the name O-132, Slayer was put into slavery by the Vapours along with all the others that appeared up there. The Vapours were cruel masters, and often drove their slaves to death. Slayer always tried to hold a smile, hoping for a chance at freedom.
When his lightning powers had manifested, he became a threat to the House that owned him, one mainly filled with Water Vapours.They tortured him, making sure he never had the thought of betraying them.
The pain and hatred he felt coalesced into his other personality, the Vapour Slayer, and he manifested his blood powers. Combining it with his lightning, Slayer killed his torturer and freed himself from his shackles, descending to the city below.
The sights and sounds of Dust City amazed the young Slayer. Having never been outside of his area before, he didn't realise that when night came, he would be whisked away back to the metropolis, but just outside his master's grasp.
His kinder half wanted to stay in Dust City, away from the Upper Metropolis. His violent half wanted to inflict the same pain on the Vapour-folk that they had inflicted onto him. Slayer found a new purpose: bringing down the Upper Metropolis, making it part of the lower Dust City and getting revenge on the Vapours

Other: 'Vapour Slayer' is the name that the Vapours call him. He just simply adopted it. Ironically, his blood is B+, not O-. Likes to sing, but is a bad singer.
