Appearance: Dark brown hair that reaches just beyond her shoulder blades. She is relatively pale, and has some freckles. She's relatively short, and comes off as really young, sweet, weak, and nerdy. Don't be fooled. 9/10 of her ghostly buddies agree that she's the resident bad-ass at the hotel.
Other: Her ghostly companion Arthur inhabits a marionette which she brings with her everywhere. Also she's always armed.
