Symptoms:

Chest pain (angina), or milder pressure, tightness, squeezing, burning, aching or heaviness in the chest, lasting from 30 seconds to five minutes. The pain or discomfort is usually located in the center of the chest just under the breastbone and may radiate down the arm (usually the left), up into the neck or along the jaw line.

Shortness of breath, dizziness or a choking sensation, accompanying chest pain.

Rapid or irregular heartbeats.

A sudden increase in the severity of angina, or angina at rest, is a sign of unstable angina that requires immediate medical attention because a heart attack may shortly occur.

Appearance:

Jesse is an average height for his age and has a thin triangular face with prominent cheek bones. His eyes are wide and emerald green with a small section of his left eye a hazel color. He often wears flannel/collared shirts and likes to button every button up, but doesn't object to T-shirts if they have the right pop-culture/comic-book reference/logo on them.

Due to his bad vision, he usually wears thick glasses that he thinks are cool looking. He likes multi-colored tight jeans, but would never be caught dead in shorts since he finds them uncomfortable.

He has wavy, light Hazel, borderline dark blond hair, he likes to keep it super short on the sides and back, yet leaving the top in it's naturally wavy and voluminous state. He has super fair skin and a light sprinkling of olive freckles across his face.

Personality:

He is outgoing and optimistic, always thinking that everything works out eventually. He likes to surround himself with friends so he doesn't have to feel lonely, which he does quite often when he's by himself. He doesn't like conflict and when it happens around him, he tends to either shut down or the polar opposite, blow up, it's like flipping a coin.

He is somewhat sensitive, and takes things to heart, even though he won't show it, he tends to shove everything down.

Even though he is outgoing, he still finds himself being shy when it comes to girls he is attracted to and becomes somewhat awkward when talking to a pretty girl.

History:

His father is the CEO of a successful electronics company, both his parents travel the world promoting their assets to Asian and Eastern European companies in the hopes of expanding into markets outside of the United States. They go off for months at a time, leaving Jesse behind with a nanny. Every time they leave, he feels lonely and unwanted. He speaks fluent Japanese and Russian, since those are the two countries his parents visit the most.

Both sides of his family have had a bad history with heart disease and dangerously high blood pressure, but his parents were relatively unaffected by it, so they assumed Jesse would be also.

Likes/Dislikes/Hobbies:

Jesse is a self proclaimed comic-book nerd, he has a giant collection of vintage comic books which he treasures. He also loves to draw and dreams of being a comic-book artist one day. He loves to play video games and finds himself playing more whenever his parents leave.

Even though his passion lies with drawing and comics, he loves music and his I-phone music library is flooded with Indie/Alternative rock. His favorite instrument is guitar and when he's not drawing or playing video games, he's singing and playing guitar.

He dislikes sports and physical activity in general, but his parents would force him to work with a physical trainer, so he would stay in shape. But he had a suspicion it was less for his health and more for his parents maintaining an "ideal public image".

Even though he is musically and artistically inclined, he is below average at math and it is the one bane of his school-life. His parents even went as far as to hire expensive tutors to try to help him pass math.

Other:

His favorite color is blue, he dislikes talking about his parents or his wealth and his favorite superhero is Spiderman. He also has a bad habit of chewing on his lower lip when he's nervous.
