"Every man's his own friend, my dear." -Fagin, Oliver Twist

professional overthinker

hi! i hope you’re doing well.
i’m hannah, and i'm a thirteen year old girl. first and foremost thing about me: i'm a Christian who does my best to love everyone no matter what. i also like reading (Laurie Halse Anderson, Kate DiCamillo, Pam Munoz Ryan), writing (I'm almost done with my novel, plus I like writing poetry), and playing music. (piano, cello, vibraphone, guitar, ukulele, mandolin, and violin. i sing but not in front of other people.) i'm a pretty big nerd, have this habit of daydreaming, and besides all of that i like hanging out with my bunny, listening to music, being outside, and going to dairy queen with my friends. i would have a list of favorite songs for you but really that depends on the day. i like Shane Smith and the Saints, The Indigo Girls, Noah Kahan, and Train. my all time favorite book is The Book Thief. i don't really have much to say besides that, i'm really bad at talking but if you ever want to chat or have any questions i'll do my best haha! i hope you have a great day. god bless <3

It had a perfectly round door like a porthole, painted green, with a shiny yellow brass knob in the exact middle. The door opened on to a tube-shaped hall like a tunnel: a very comfortable tunnel without smoke, with panelled walls, and floors tiled and carpeted, provided with polished chairs, and lots and lots of pegs for hats and coats—the hobbit was fond of visitors. The tunnel wound on and on, going fairly but not quite straight into the side of the hill —The Hill, as all the people for many miles round called it—and many little round doors opened out of it, first on one side and then on another.
