I have been working on a book idea for over 11 years at this point, and just recently I decided to turn it into a trilogy so that it spans nearly 800 years. The first book takes place in the late 13th century when Scotland was struggling for it's freedom from England (think Braveheart, but told from a different point of view). The second book takes place in the early 1700s when Scotland and England were united. The third book was supposed to take place this year, but since Scotland voted to stay part of the UK, it'll have to take place in a different year. Whenever I finish a chapter, I'll post it, and yes I am writing it in chronological order.
