Born just after the Fourth of July, Kelsey was a firework child through and through. Her vivacious energy and her quick wit livened up her life, and the lives of those around her. Through her father's struggle to survive a heart disease, and an abusive relationship, Kelsey learned about betrayal, death, heartbreak, and life. Now, Kelsey uses her experiences to write poems and short stories that are set to inspire and motivate young teens.
