"Its fine..", I lay back against the twisted pillows, between my insomnia and her thrashing we had made a mess...

I almost trip him but miss barely, it wan't noticable but he still stumbles slightly as move past, "Fine .."

He hugs her as well gently not to hurt the wound,"You are perfect.."

"You helped me enough already now I am just running your name through the mud I can find some where else...."

" You didn't do anything... "

"Its fine..", I pick her up with the cover and lay her back in the bed following suit.. "Nightmares trouble me some nights..." I remember my own screaming terrors in ...

"I believe she will be okay now.." I look at her fondly, "You did nothing of the sort I am just too touchy.."

"It was a nightmare, shhhhh, it is okay now...." I look at her sleepily.

"I should've just slept on the bench," I say callously pushing him aside and walking out of the house..

I feel oddly guilty, "It's not like that... I-i , I was lost and I don't know where anything is and was out of money and she let me stay ...

I move off of her putting her in my lap,"Shhhhh, everything is okay you enemies will be vanquished and suffer eternal torture by your hand, shhhhhhhh..."

"Your welcome.. " I look at her smiling..

I was laying on top of the cover so I fall on top of her...

"Hi, uh, are you a friend?", I smile awkwardly and inwardly cringe..

I laugh and even though it sounds relaxed feel super awkward for some reason, it is hard to be charming to someone as critical as you are of others....
