About bonafide

For the entire year from my seventh birthday onward, I made every wish upon stars, candles, eyelashes and traintracks that the world would someday be how God wanted it to be. Then a priest of a local church pointed out to me that God was omnipotent and could change it on a whim if it was fit to his favor.

I sobbed for ten minutes and then threw my coin at a fountain down the street, finally wishing for those cute chocolate bunnies.

I got my first one since then just this past year while I was wandering through CVS with a couple of extra dollars in my left pocket.
Story of my life.
