Dylan I smile and kiss her hand after taking it, "Let's."

Dylan I stand and look at the guy, studying him before looking at Ruby and shrugging, "Never been to one before... Don't really have anything to wear either."

Dylan I nod and flash a smile back at her, "Yeah."

Dylan "Same as you," I reply, twirling a ringlet of her hair around my finger.

Dylan I try to think of how to word it, "Uh, well, my life has been complicated this past year. Haven't gone in a while."

Dylan I smile and tighten my arm around her, "I'll miss you too."

Dylan I nod and run a hand through her hair, "Okay. I'll be here when you get back, at least if Roan doesn't make me go with."

Dylan I look at her and think, "Wait... Boarding school or regular school?"

Dylan I smile and kiss her forehead. I wish you were my first official girlfriend. You would have been everything I needed.

Dylan I pull her against me and wrap my arms around her, kissing the top of her head.

Dylan I nod and follow her gaze, running my thumb over the top of her palm, "Okay then."
