Lucian I study her before resisting the urge to continue.

Jace I don't let her go, watching her.

Lucian I glance up at her, "W-why not?"

Jace I study her, smiling, "I do. Your eyes tell me."

Lucian I swallow and look down, rubbing my wrist again.

Jace "Oh shush," I chuckle. "You like it and you know it."

Lucian I study her, "I don't want to think about any of that, Hales."

Jace I shake my head at her and pull her close.

Lucian I shrug and look down, rubbing my wrist, "I don't like friends. I just like you, Blithe, Ian, and Ella. Oh, and Kyle. He's okay. Loud though..."

Jace I smile and kiss her quickly.

Lucian I shift uncomfortably, "I-I just don't like strangers. I don't like people I don't know."

Jace I smile and watch her, shaking my head.

Lucian I think, biting my lip, "I don't know. I like being around you and Blithe. Not other people though."

Jace I shake my head and smile, burying my face in her neck.

Lucian I smile and shake my head, wrapping my arms around her, "I-I don't know what I'm good at, so I'm not sure what I'm looking to do."
