Preston Nic shudders too and takes Jackie in his arms, "Yeah... don't."

Preston I wrap my arms around Juliet and look at her, sighing.

Preston The girl disappears and I stand there blinking a few times, watching as Nic confusedly turns around and shakes his head.

Preston Nic stays quiet, letting Jackie--who I quickly pin as the leader of the house--make the decision.

Preston Nic answers the door, studying the girl, "Uh.... Jackie, you're needed here."

Preston Confused, I follow them in without noticing the rhythmic heartbeats behind us.

Preston I look between the three, Nic shifting uncomfortably at my gaze, "You know Juliet? How?"

Preston Reaching the small house, I knock on the door and wait for either of them to answer.
