  • Serious Discussion and Debate Re: Existence of Hell

Personally, I disagree. I think that not being tortured for eternity is far more important than having a choice about whether or not to believe in God.

  • Serious Discussion and Debate Re: Do you think we should get our troops out of the war?

9/11 has nothing to do with the war in Iraq. Not one of the high-jackers were linked, in anyway, to Iraq or Saddam Hussien. They actually came from Saudia Arabia ...

  • Serious Discussion and Debate Re: Christmas.

Apart from the name, Christmas has very little to do with Christianity. Mostly, it's a mish-mash of pagan festivals/beliefs and commercialism.

Of course hell exists! If there's a heaven (which there is), then there's a hell. Pretty big 'if' right there.

Every time I’ve gotten feedback that was hard to take it was usually hard to take because there was truth in it and I didn’t like that (or didn’t want to receive it). That’s not to say all harsh feedback is good or that we should be harsh for harshness’ sake, but learning to absorb truth without letting it break your inner core/break you is a lifelong skill that keeps your mind elastic and open to learning.
