Ky blinked. “They want to start a university?!”

Ky furrowed her brow. “What’s the grant for?”

“Oh… like a research grant?”

“Where have they been?” That seemed like an easier side step than answering about lessons.

Ky nodded hesitantly, biting her lip. That didn’t sound so bad. If she had a few months to get better before she had to worry. “That makes sense…”

“What title?”

Ky gave a shy smile. “Do they teach all subjects?”

“That makes sense.” Ky nodded. “I’d like to learn more, if I’m allowed.”

“Oh… right. Like private school?”

“Oh?” It seemed like poor timing for that. “In what?”

“That’s fair.” Ky nodded. “I’m glad he’s got a friend he’s so fond of anyhow. That’s important.”

“Mm.” Ky was quiet for a moment, contemplating it. “He’s awfully young to be worried about such things.”
