“Makes sense.” Ky nodded. “I think that’s common a lot of places. At least in smaller villages.”

“Family business, maybe?” Ky mused.

Ky smiled a little. “Must be a humble person… I bet they’re well liked.”

Ky smiled. “High praise indeed. Is it specific to this village?”

“That sounds absolutely heavenly,” she said in admiration.

“Oh? What are they like?”

“Yes ma’am.” She nodded. Which meant under no circumstances would she be asking for a favor. “I’ll definitely keep it in mind. Thank you.”

“Oh, uh, I wouldn’t want to bother, ma’am. Its not a big deal.”

“Yes ma’am…” she hesitated. “I… just want to make sure… I don’t want it to look… I’m happy to stay in the library. I understand it’s delicate.”
