I loved these books! It's been a few years since I've read them but I'd recommend them to anyone. Garth Nix is an imaginative, brilliant writer.

The girl is very beautiful and the guys costume superb. Love the expressions in this one! Also the colouring works well, especially the touch of blue for the guy's eyes ...

It's a very close replica of Belle until you get to the face. The eyebrows droop too much and her expression is rather disturbing. Also the neck looks wrong because ...

Rather you than me pointing that out but I'm in complete agreeance. Other than that slight flaw though, she's well drawn and the colours are pretty.

It doesn't show up too well on my computer but it looks interesting =)
