I was in a good mood for some horror stuff that day! :) So here, freshly out of the green room, I present thee —

  • I know this is sudden, but I unpublished my current work for a while because I realized I need to work on it some more before posting it here.

I'd like to thank @kingopossum and @Honora for the really helpful reviews. I was able to notice some major flaws in my writing, and now I'm off to fix it now! Thank you for reading my chapters so far :)

  • Hey, is it really wrong to include binoculars in a fantasy world? I know they were invented in the 1800's but do fantasy worlds where magic exists need historical accuracy?
This is weird question to ask, but seriously? 😅

LadyBug Yeah, it should be fine :). Depends on the type of fantasy. If it takes place on Earth in the modern day or a recent age, then try to keep it accurate. If it's high fantasy and and in the future (for instance), then make it up as you go and edit it later XD

Mageheart I also agree! There's some things that probably wouldn't work well in a fantasy world, but I think binoculars are a great addition.

Who wants to become a writer? And why? Because it’s the answer to everything. It’s the streaming reason for living. To note, to pin down, to build up, to create, to be astonished at nothing, to cherish the oddities, to let nothing go down the drain, to make something, to make a great flower out of life, even if it’s a cactus.
— Enid Bagnold
