About FadingBrighter

I have always loved writing, even when I was younger. And, despite the fact that my mother refused to allow me to believe in the Easter Bunny or Santa Clause, I grew up with a wild imagination that was continually brewing up tales of fantasy. Now, after years of reading and writing, I am finally putting those ideas into words.

Interests

Fantasy and sad endings. I love caramel apples, Halloween, and truffles. My favorite food is the almighty hamburger. I like long walks, as long as it is my enemy doing the walking, and a number of foreign bands.

Occupation

If University is not an occupation, I don't know what is...

When we are children we seldom think of the future. This innocence leaves us free to enjoy ourselves as few adults can. The day we fret about the future is the day we leave our childhood behind.
— Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of the Wind
