I am different. One of my prime aims in life, is to be different from the norm. I want to dress, look, behave, and talk differently. I'm not a Goth, but I think that floor-touching, black mantles are a pretty cool thing. I also have long hair, by boy standarts, and in general. How do I behave? Well, not like I was completely abnormal, but I prefer to be more medieval and "noble" in my ways. I have made it my habit to bow and use complicated words. I'm not often in the situation where it would be applicable, and I think I'd be too shy to do it, but I think that kissing a woman's hand would also be like me. But generally, I am not shy at all, just very keeping to myself. I don't initiate conversation often, but enjoy it very much. A thing I also absolutely don't mind, is talking in front of audience. I find it funny, everyone dreads it, but personally, it gives me no problems, I enjoy it to a certain extend. Now, maybe you want to know a bit more about what's inside my head. My musical taste is definitely metal (which is the second reason for my long hair). I also am very interested in Christian mythology, something that most people aren't even aware of how awesome it is. My thoughts constantly swirl around stories that I have either read, or made up myself, I like to imagine epic scenes while listening to the fitting type of music. As such, I might seem a bit of a dreamer, being quiet most of the time and staring into nothing. I would consider myself rather ambitious. I spoke of a prime aim in life before. Another of those, would be my castle. Yea, maybe I am utopic, but I want one. In fact, the picture above is the idealization of how I'd like it. Well, let's see how far I get. Castle or no castle, I do plan to become a renown and successful writer in any case. My view on life is one not shared by everyone. I consider your life something that is in your hands. Your voice, your actions, your opinion have weight, have value. There are those people that say "I'm alone and therefor it makes no difference if I say that I am against this." I am not like this. Also, I consider myself a very calm person. There aren't many things that can upset or otherwise stirr me up. I'm not claiming it is impossible, this would be a lie, but let's say that I remain cool and down to earth in most situations. I also absolutely loathe cigarettes, and I try to convince fellow people that do smoke of the fact that it is bad. I neither drink alcohol, but that's just a personal preference, if others do, I'm fine with that. Another trait of mine, good and bad, is that I am honest, and really always. You might think that this is a good thing, and it generally is, but you know - sometimes the truth is ugly. But I will not lie, ever. Also, the people that I call friends, also consider me a good friend. I am there when they truly need me, I give comfort, I share joys. Hey, this is starting to sound like I am praising myself, please don't get this impression of me. Lastly, I want to tell you a bit of my writing. I don't write very often, you've got to have noticed that. This is mostly due to the fact that I only write when I am totally "attuned" to the session. I tune myself in with music, maybe a picture (this has been the very starting push to Requiem - a picture!), and I sort of get mesmerized in an emotional state of being inside this world. And then I write, and easily get carried away. For the good and the bad. But this can only be achieved deep in the night, I need the darkness and solitude, both of which I can not have in schooltime. Also, I don't always have the necessary ideas to continue writing and/or achieve the right mood to write. This pretty much explains why I write so seldom. I feel like I could write on for a good deal of time, but I have already written more than enough, and I don't want to bore you with unneeded details about myself. Here goes, this should have summarized me pretty well. And, as usual, feel free to PM me about anything; a story, a question, philosophy, your/my opinion, or just the meaning of life.
