Welcome to YWS! I love the background you have set up. What types of things do you like to write?
Gracie12 Hello, thank you for welcoming me! And I'm glad you like my background ^^
I like to write mostly fictional short stories, but recently I've been exploring personal essays. What about you?

neptune That's cool. I like writing poetry and short stories! And maybe I'll write a novel someday, who knows! I hope to see some of your work in the future.
If you have any questions, please let me know! I see you've already written a review and saentiel has given you some helpful links -- looks like you're getting the hang of things.

Hello and welcome to YWS! I'm Sae. If you ever have any questions, feel free to come to me.
If I can't answer your questions, or I'm not on when you have one, you can always ask the users whose names are in green (moderators) or red (administrators). Other users would be happy to help as well.
Also, here's some helpful parts of YWS that can help you understand how things work on the site:

FAQ For New Users
YWS Critique Sandwich
There's also a really cool part of the site that I suggest checking out! It's called the Storybook section of the site, and it's a place where you can collaborate with other writers in roleplays or even full-blown stories. I've been in a lot of them before, so please don't be afraid to ask me more about them if that seems like something you'd be into.
By the way, what type of things do you like to write? I'm currently writing a fantasy novel, but I'm also a big fan of poetry and short stories.
Gracie12 Thank you so much!! This post and all the links are very useful! ^^
I'm very interested in the Storybook section, but I was wondering what the difference is between a Storybook and a roleplay. Because I see a Storybook section, and then there is a Roleplay Realm.
Also, I explored the Roleplay Realm a little bit, and I see posts that have a "spoiler" section. How do you add that to your post?
Thank you again; I ask a lot of questions xD
As for writing, I enjoy writing fiction stories, but I've been exploring personal essays recently. I'll definitely check out your stories!

Mageheart A storybook is like a collaborative story, while a roleplay is just a normal roleplay. You plot out events in a storybook, and come up with characters specifically to fit that plot.
If you want to use a spoiler, you just do [ spoiler ]whatever you want to put in it [/ spoiler] without the spaces.
