Just spent two weeks at the best place on earth and now I'm sad to be home.

Now wearing new nails and needless to say they're gonna take some getting used to.

I got 4 hours of sleep, I'm stressed, and I haven't had coffee. Plus, I worked through lunch. When did I become an overworked secretary from a Hallmark movie? I thought I was in high school in real life.

I turn 16 today and now I feel old. And short, even though I saw some elementary schoolers and they were like tiny lol

I just found out that my school attendance office marked me out for some classes they weren't supposed to...but hey, they're excused and I didn't want to go anyways, so I'm not complaining! XP

Okay, now that we're no longer depressed over that breakup and my life is a bit more sorted, it's time to get back on the job! Writing, here I come!

If you love them, let them go...that's always been something I've believed, but it's never been harder than it was tonight. I finally sat down and talked to my boyfriend, and our split was a mutual one, though it comes with a lot of emotions for me. We've agreed to stay friends, and I look forward to that, but it's a lot of emotion and it's hard, and so it might be a few days before my next post in my storybook or my next chapter upload while I take some time for myself.

SI 11 is FINALLY OUT!!!!! I'm so excited, and I'm absolutely in love with this novel. Coming back to writing it felt like coming home after way too long an absence. I hope you guys are as excited to get back to Lauren's story as I am. Much love! ~Dae

Finally got SI Chapter 11 written. It's nice to be back with the story, and there's always a new plot arc starting because why the heck not?

My shoulders are so sunburned I can barely move my arms. I really, really, really hate myself for not wearing sunscreen to the cast party right now.

And opening night was a success! I have three more shows with this amazing cast before it's time to say goodbye to Camp Rock. It's a bittersweet feeling, but at least I'll have time to do my homework!
