Hey all you guys!!!! I just wanted to say, to any of you struggling out there that it will be okay. Things will always turn up for the better, even if it doesn't seem like it. It's a 'regression to the mean' type of deal. If anyone is struggling with anxiety, depression, or are just feeling sad, follow these steps.
Think of something small that makes you happy. Maybe your school sells fresh cookies on Thursdays or maybe you get to see someone you love. Maybe it's your pet, maybe it's a hobby. Whatever it is, focus on it and that will give you something to smile about. Something to be excited for.
Keep fighting, I won't give up on you!
