I always read a lot, mostly fantasy when I was younger. Then I stopped reading for a while only for my love to be reignited by Lovecraft and later Robert E. Howards Conan. Well technically I did read in between these two broad eras but that was mostly philosophy and other non-fiction books. Honestly after you tried reading Hegel you can read anything else.
My favorite book would be The last Ork by Silvana De Mari but it used to be Ceasar by Mirko Jelusich.
