An update for those interested: we have not disappeared again. Rather, the story we are currently working on is set in the actual 1920s of human history and great pains are being taken to maintain historical accuracy. (Seriously. I had to redo the entire plot because I talked to an Indian historian who told me that the setting I had picked didn't make sense for what I wanted to write. But we punted and it's all good).

We have returned! Once again! And are hopefully here to stay this time around. Though we have pivoted away from the Edward Buck series for a time, we are working on something different and will return once better inspiration for Edward Buck and his raggle taggle crew returns to our staff. Which is absolutely going to happen at some point between tomorrow and the year 2155. But for now, know that we are indeed working!

Rejoice, fair people of YWS!! After a much-too-long hiatus for literally no reason at all, we have returned! And we come bearing the gift of Ripples in Space Part 5.

As well another teasers for a second saga. One word you shall have and the word shall be: KAZIRANGA

After much work, and definitely not procrastination, the fourth part of Ripples in Space is finished and published! We hope it lives up to the time it took to produce.

We are torn. In conception, there may or may not be a work entitled "The Edward Buck Christmas Special" And it may or may not be a play off of a rather classical Christmas-themed poem. And it may or may not be very satirical. SO! Our question to the fantastic conscience the Internet provides is this, should we indeed finish and post this funny yet moderately disrespectful Christmas special?

Now, we've been asked a question about our Edward Buck saga, namely whether or not it's being halted at a trilogy. We haven't been able to answer that because for some reason we can't reply to comments. But, by God, we will answer it! Ripples in Space is NOT the final story in the Daring Adventures of Space Pirate and Debonair Dynamo Edward Buck (and pals). In fact, Part 1 of his next adventure (The Will of a Man) is already in conception because we had the idea for it and needed to write it down. We hope the question is answered satisfactorily.

TOTAL LIE from our last update. Apparently we're real good at a release schedule. We've finished the first part of Ripples in Space is finished and published. We could say that Part 2 will be out soon, but who really knows?

Look at us go, loads of time before the deadline. Indeed, a miracle has been performed and Set Adrift Part 9 has been published. We will attempt to make the delay not quite so long for the first part of the next Edward Buck story: Ripples in Space. Cheers.

We apologize for any anxiety/inconvenience caused. We've had quite a bit going on recently. BUT! We promise that by midnight this Sunday, the conclusion to Set Adrift will be published. Quite possibly before then, possibly tomorrow.
