Obviously not as well written. I changed 'Fey' to 'Vârcolac-Strigoi'
Attempt to enjoy

Jace took me away from the jail, away from the main city. The beautiful, glimmering lights slowly faded behind us and I took one last look. My vampire eyes centered on the mellow lights of the palace. I shivered
“Where are we?” I asked. No response. It was his way of telling me to shut up and run, something I learned when he first broke me out. His grip tightened on my wrist.
“Left.” He said quietly. He kept running, pulling me along. He stopped suddenly and I almost ran into him.
“Is this it? I don’t see anything.” I said. My throat still hurt after not being used, I could only whisper.
“That’s because you’re an idiot.” Jace replied coolly. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms.
“Silly girl.” He said and hit the trunk of a tree with the flat side of his fist.
“What did that do?” I asked.
“Nothing.” Jace said, “I merely hit the tree so I would take my anger out on you. We are really headed over there. Focus your Vârcolac-Strigoi eyes on that.” I obeyed. I looked at a cabin. It was old and wooden, nothing I saw in the main city.
“It’s a cabin.” I said.
“So your Vârcolac-Strigoi eyes say.” Jace said, “Lets go.” He grabbed my wrist again. It was a good thing. I felt so empty; my corset top was suffocating me. I shut my eyes and stumbled along. Another tug on my arm made me open my eyes and start running again.
“Don’t worry.” He said, “we’ll feed you.”
“Thank Goddess, because that’s exactly what I need. That and an explanation.” I said weakly. My stomach was in turmoil. I shut my eyes again. Jace pulled me along and stopped when we reached the door. He pushed it open and in my hunger-haze, my jaw dropped. It was exactly like the palace. It had the same deep bronze walls, the same sparkly chandelier over in the foyer. My heart clenched, and I looked at the wooden floors.
“How..?” I asked, but Jace ignored me. He strode in, all business like. He somewhat reminded me of my father, when he’d stride into a room, furious. I shut my eyes.
“Maxia, Myana.” He yelled. Two girls came bounding in. They looked exactly alike, red heads, with huge brown eyes. One had a scar over her nose, the other with a scar over her cheek. Both girls’s pupils were slitted like a cats, the mark of Vârcolac- Strigoi
“Maxia. I’m called Max.” The girl with the scar over her nose grinned, “Nice to meet you.”
“Not really.” The other girl called. Max rolled her eyes.
“She’s my sister, Myana. Ana. She’s unpleasant.” Max said.
“Food, blood.” I whispered.
“Of course.” Max said, bounding off. Jace gripped my upper arm. He led me to a chair and sat me down. Then a small, brown haired boy, who looked no older than thirteen, reached up in Jace’s ear.
“Bastard!” Jace yelled suddenly. All noise, mummers, creaks from the upstairs.
“Down here! Now! Everyone!” Jace yelled. Max hurried in with a tray, laden with food and a fork.
“Thank you.” I said with a smile and began to eat, paying no mind to my manners.
Other people had assembled in the living room, ranging for twelve to nineteen in age. Most of them just stared at me and sat on the floor around Jace.
“This is where we really need Amira.” He said, motioning to me. I looked up with an undignified wave.
“Davis just told me that the Darkholmes want to take over reign from the, erm, late royalty.” Jace said. “Rumors are they want to tightened the reign, and kill all the Vârcolac- Strigoi.” My jaw dropped. The Vârcolac- Strigoi made up about ninety percent of Sekryu’s population.
“That’s ridiculous.” I blurted out. “I’m Vârcolac- Strigoi, Max and Ana are Vârcolac- Strigoi.” I put the tray down and stood up, “Why do they want to kill us off?”
“Dumb princess.” A snarl came from the back of the room. A blonde girl with slightly showing fangs stepped out. I could see her almost turquoise eyes, with normal black pupil. She was just a vampire.
“Why do you was that, vamp?” I asked, crossing my arms.
“Well, crossbreed, The Darkholmes are just as tough as your parents were.” She said.
“Sahira.” Jace said warningly.
“Shut up, Jace.” The vamp, Sahira, hissed, “the Science Experiment deserves to know.” I rolled my eyes. The use of petty names wouldn’t make me lose my temper.
“Know what?” I asked.
“You idiot. Did you ever figure out that your ‘parents’ were human?” Sahira hissed, “you are adopted, half-breed. That makes you no better than us.”
“Sahira, shut. Your. Fucking. Mouth.” Jace yelled. “Now isn’t the time.” I slowly sank back into my chair. That made my crime all much worse. Yet, it explained so much. I let my eye eyelids droop, for a second. The next this I knew, I was asleep.
I opened my eyes, sitting right up. Light streamed through an open window, and I hissed. The sun burned my skin and left dark red marks. I got out of bed and ran shut the window.
“What type of idiot left the window open?” I yelled.
“Sorry.” A nervous little voice came, “I’m sorry, don’t kill me.” I looked around. It was Davis, Jace’s little spy. I rolled my eyes and took in the room. There was a desk and a mirror, where I sat down and stared at my disgusting reflection.
“I won’t kill you.” I said. I was unable to take my eyes off my limp black hair, my pale violet eyes with a cat like pupil, marking me as Vârcolac- Strigoi forever. The thin scars ran down my cheek. I gently fingered them.
“Jace want to see you.” Davis said. I stood up.
“Where is he?” I asked.
“Weapon storage.” Davis said. I stood up.
“Is this place exactly like the palace in the city?” I asked. I finally spotted him, sitting in the shadows. He nodded.
“Then I know exactly where that is.” I said and ran out of the room.
