This is nice. I can't really say anything bad since I don't think I'd be able to draw anything like this. So, you did a great job.
My only problem is that the person looks a bit old. Maybe you need to work on his lips because I think that is where from he looks a bit old. I am assuming this person is supposed to be a teenager. Besides I think you've highlighted his right cheek bone a lot. You could perhaps tone down it a bit.
Anyways, a nice drawing.
