Hi, I'm Ephemeral. I am a young writer (obviously), and joined this site because it looked interesting. xD I'm hoping to eventually write some reviews for other people, and get some critique on my own work.
I am an avid reader of fiction, and I devour anything and everything that has words on it -not literally, of course. And, as a result, I have become infatuated with the world of writing as well. c:
And onto the trivial stuff (which usually turn out to be the most interesting).
I own four cats, who go by the names of Mew Mew Kitty (you're laughing, aren't you?), Luna, Cleopatra, and Theodore. Interesting name choices, I know. I have two younger brothers, whom I love rather less than my cats. My favourite activites include swimming and running, as well as drawing. Reading and writing, of course, are the first two -though in which order, I don't know. I play the violin, am trained in basic First Aid, and am writing all of this on a Kindle e-reader. My thumbs hurt. D:
I also have a fondness for interesting words (which usually results in my having to explain everything I say to my friends), and am very finicky when it comes to grammar.
Oh, and I accidentally smacked a classmate in the face yesterday, and made his nose bleed. Poor kid. I apologized copiously.

Whilst I write very, very often, I don't yet have a completed novel, though I have a few 'in the works'. I'm hoping to participate in the NaNo this year, as I missed it last time around.
My characters also tend to be very strange, and I swear they have minds of their own.

That's all.
-Ephy

P.S, wow, I really rambled on for quite a bit there, didn't I? O.o
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but, actually, from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey... stuff."

You sound like exactly the kind of person who'll do well at YWS. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask. Most anyone will be able to help.

Thank you very much! C: I certainly hope I'll do well here. Who knows, maybe I'll find a way to write the story that has been bouncing around on the inside of my skull for the last month or so. D:
This sounds like a very friendly community, I'm glad to be here.

The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.
