Hey there vollyball13 :)

I really like the shading you have done on this drawing, the hair is a little ... um whats the word..impressionistic.
whereas the rest of her face is really good. I can tell from your good shading the place where her chin is and where her neck is, her face's shape seems a little unbalanced, but im guessing its from the hair. Other than that its a very good drawing (: keep it up luv

First off, I've never seen Buffy, but...
Amazing. I can seriously feel the anger in this. I can see it in her eyes, basically hear her screaming.
I love the way you've done her hair, it looks wild and it suits the rest of the drawing nicely. (Though it does, however, make her face look very long and narrow). And the shading in and around her mouth is very good, it has shape and it doesn't look flat. And I like the shadows around the left (our left, her right) side of her face.
The only nitpicks I have are that,
Eyes: the right one is longer than the left, the corner more stretched out.
Nose: It looks a little flat and no where near as detailed shading-wise as the rest of the piece.
Eyebrows: The right one especially is very long, too long, it should stop just as it gets to her nose, rather than after.

Aside from that it's very well done. :)
