This is for MysticalBlood's contest 'Draw your TV favorite', where we could draw our favorite scenes or characters from any show. Batman was really the first thing that came to mind for me :D

I really like this drawing. I love the way it slowly gets darker as it goes down. I like how you put all the little details into it. I just love this drawing. It is amazing artwork.
I may not be the brightest crayon in the box. I might not be the prettiest, shiniest or favorite. I might not be anything to anyone, but yet I'm still in the box.

Well, at first I would like to say 'smart work'. It was really very nice. However I saw that the drawing lacks something....well, no offence but, it looked a bit lifeless. I dont know but maybe you could add more details to the face?? Well, anyway..now the good things....first, I really liked the shadow effect, second, I loved the contrast and the way you put the brightness, like it gets darker, and thirdly I just liked the idea of drawing the 'batman' in such a unique way. Keep drawing!! :D

Hi there BlackSheep!

Like ERZA has said, the drawing looks a bit lifeless. I wouldn't agree with her suggestion of adding more details to the face, I think it's the coloring and position of the character. I think that, with just black, white, and grey you should have Batman in a more exciting position to liven up the picture. And if you wanted to keep him in this position add a few of his usual colors (black - you've got that -, yellow, and blue).

Just my opinion on how to make it a teensy bit better, because, other than that, it's really great! I think you did an awesome job on this piece!

Really great job!

Keep drawing (and coloring ;) ),

Woah! I like the effects here black. They make batman look fierce and brave. And the idea about doing it in black and white was pretty good. It couldn't have looked better in any other color. Plus, he was my childhood hero. =P And I love the shading here. I guess by now you have a clear idea of where the light comes from and where the shadows are formed. I think you'll win for sure in the contest. And good luck for that. :)
