Buddy System Now Recruiting

Hai!

Okay so some of you know about the Buddy Stystem but most of you do not. Basically, its something that's been around for a long time, though it's had its ups and downs, and it aims to pair new members with a mentor who can show them around the site and help them feel at home.

There's been a recent surge in new members looking for a mentor so I'd love some extra hands to help us out. To apply, you simply need to pm me and tell me what you feel you would bring to the system. It also helps if you can link to an example of where you've been helpful to another member.

A Mentor's Duties Are...

- To be helpful and patient.
- To answer any questions their buddy or any other new member may ask them.
- To review their mentees work.
- To be a friendly face around the site.

Mentor Requirements (However I do make exceptions on the first two occasionally. The third is a must.)

- Member has been a member for one month.
- Member has written 25 reviews.
- Member is a helpful and friendly influence around the site.
