Well, I'm Littleblackdog. I'm a 16-year-old Texan and also homeschooled. Mostly.
I'm actually not too big on writing. I haven't done it in a long time but I've been feeling an urge to write.
In case you didn't notice my name, I really love dogs. I may or may not write a novel on them (novella? Nevellette? Whatever they're called.)

Anyways uh, whoo hoo... That's it I guess.

You say you haven't written for a while? Do you need any writing tips or to ask and expert? I'm sure you will get someone or some people ready to help you out with your writing.

What kind of things do you like to read or write? Do you write different genres or do you prefer sticking to one?
I think you should give the 'dog' novel a shot! I think that can work out well and I'm curious to read what it turns out like!

About posting and getting critiques and all, son't worry. You might receive some reviews which you see as harsh. We all go through that. But remember that readers often see mistakes better than the writers themselves and they're only to help us get better. You must firstly believe in yourself, love what you write and above all: have fun.

YWS is a great place to post and improve your work. There's writers of all levels and ages here. Also, it's an awesome place to read other people's writing, help them out, and to get inspired. If you would like another review or two of one of your own works, head over to the The Will Review For Food Forum and request a review from somebody in their thread. But, remember to review other people's works too!

If you have any questions, you can ask pretty much anybody here (including me). We're all friendly! You can do so by Private Messaging them (PM), or by posting a message on their wall (which anyone can see).

I don't really have a breed preference, I'm more into behavior and training. I used to want to be a write (like 8 years ago) but now I'm aiming for a dog trainer. Maybe I'll write a book about dog training and then I'll get both. whoo!
I usually only write general fiction. I'd like to write suspense but I'm definatly not good enough for that, at least not yet. I also may (or may not) do a bit of photography.
