There might be lots of errors in this drawing, but I consider it one of the hardest and most challenging drawings I have ever made. Such a difficult pose made drawing it so tiring.
Tools: I used 2B and HB pencils plus classic colour pencils.
Reference: I have used a photograph of a male model from the official site of PULL & BEAR.

Waiting to see your comments & criticisms. :D

Staarrrrrrr Liiighttttttttt!! <3 <3 <3

The picture is Incredible, I should say!
The shading is amazing and I think from what I saw is the man's leg...
It kind of looks like a one leg. :S

Other wise, I found no problem ^^

Hello,
Its been a while since I prowled the art section but here I go. In general this is quite good. You have shown a great level of skill and detail, drawing people can be quite hard. Your sense of proportion also seems quite good, but i haven't seen the real picture so I can't tell.

Now although there is quite a lot of of detail there can be more. I suggest putting another type of pencil ( I suggest a H and maybe a very dark one) in your arsenal and try and copy exactly what you see. For example the black top, its just plain black and looks a little colored in, try adding more detail, I'm sure there would have bee folds in the cloth and avoid mindless 'coloring in'. make sure very mark is made with a purpose. Then again some things where cone amazingly well like the speaker.
You really have captures a sort of essence which is great. A few qualms; his position on the seat looks rather strange and his face could do with a little more attention.

But this is a really awesome picture!

Hello there, first of all I would like to say this is really nice and I can’t draw to save my life so sorry if this review isn’t that good but I’ll just give my opinion

I like the detail in it and the fact you used different pencils to get different types of shading. The shading is very well done and I love the speakers in this they look amazing so well done for that.
Both of his leg looks very thin! :S

But other than that I liked it and you have done really well with the shading and detail etc :)

Keep it up

Hey Starlight9!
I finally found it. Your drawing shows that you've put a lot of effort into this. I really admire your ability to sketck a photo in black and white. It's a very difficult task and most people give up mid-way but you're not one of those people. I can see that. You do need to make a few corrections like straightening up a few lines. The stool seems to be tilted. If that's how it was in the picture then it's alright otherwise I would advice you to straighten it up a bit. The person's shirt isn't quite clear. You can use eraser to add details to it so that the folds and stuff are visible (I can't detect the arm from the shirt).
Other than that, I think the drawing looks awesome. I especially like the shading you've done on the speakers. The empty frame on the left looks really nicely drawn. I can see the folds on the pants :). Good job!
I think you're going to become an outstanding artist someday so do keep practicing. Love your drawings!! :) :)
You can wish for death... but you can't wish it away

Your hesitation suggests you are trying to protect my feelings. However, since I have none, I would prefer you to be honest. An artist's growth depends upon accurate feedback.
