Well, I'll have to comment on this purely on what it looks like since I don't know about your story.
"Experience the Power of Blood" I'm on the fence with this line. While the bit on blood is interesting, when you say 'experience it,' I'm a little iffy because then, it seems like a slightly meh addition. Does 'Power of Blood' suit your story?
I'm guessing the red on her forehead and hands aren't supposed to be in the actual colour of blood. If yeah, then great job with making it look real!
Eyes. This sharp colour doesn't go well with me. It's much too sharp and bright for me to take it seriously/real. Plus, it seems like a Photoshop Overlay work gone amiss somewhere. I would suggest you modify the shade and tones to make it seem a little less creepy.
The word RED. I like it that the word Red is not in red. That's a nice little addition. Most people would have gone for black background and red text, so kudos on this! I'm fine with the font, but the colour makes it difficult to read with her clothes being white. Take the avatar you have; you can clearly see RED written below his face. On this however, reading the title becomes a bit difficult and at bookstores, I find myself picking books which have a clear title.

Yes, actually “Experience the Power of the Blood” works really well for my story. The main theme is the power of healing of Christ’s blood. (Yes, I’m a Christian author)
Since you asked about my story, I’ll tell you.
It takes place in first century Jerusalem. It focuses on the story of a Jewish girl named Lira. (The red eyes in the poster, by the way, I can agree. It’s too bold. However, in the story, Lira is born with jolting red eyes, the color of blood. Because of this everyone thinks she’s a witch.) Lira lives with her abusive father, Obadiah, and is really struggling trying to find her purpose in the world. However, she soon meets Yeshua (Jesus) who gives her a purpose, a reason to live. In the end, Lira learns the true meaning of forgiveness and quite literally experiences the healing power of the blood of Christ.
Right down to it, it’s about a girl named Lira who witnesses the death of Yeshua.
I like the poster (I did another poster of the same concept featuring a secondary character named Boaz that I like a lot more) I like the “creepiness” the redness gives. It expresses the grittiness, boldness, and darkness of the story.
Wow, This looks incredibly good! I love the cover soo much, just that would make me want to read the book. It draws you in, and makes you super curious. Honestly, I'm not really into religious books, but this looks really interesting, so, I will defiantly read it! Also, I love this "Experience the Power of the Blood". It, just like the cover art, draws you in. I really like both of them; the girl and the boy. It would be cool if you did one of those reversible covers, you know the girl on one side, then switch it and the boy on one side. Just an idea, thought it be cool. ANyways, GREAT JOB! I just really wanted to stop by and say that this is amazing, and that I now want to read the book. Exactly what cover art should do, so really, well done!
I especially like the first one, with the woman, though her lips kind of bug me... they're the same color as her skin, and it feels a bit weird. But I still think it's amazing! I liked the guy a tiny bit less - there is too much red for my liking on his forehead. And that is all I have to comment on, because I thought this was splendid!

Wow, that sounds like a really good story. I would want to read that. But the cover seems a little over the top for me. :/ Like, if my mom saw it she'd be like "what are you reading?!" Haha. But it's a really nice photoshop(?) job, or whatever you did it with. I can tell you're talented.
