Hi! I'm new here if you can't tell and I was wondering the rules, no cusses or s.e.x.? Are there no rules? Well I would really appreciate if you could tell me! And while looking at this, check out my profile, and the novel I'm writing and a group I just recently made around 2 minutes ago .

Hey Nisa and welcome to YWS and no you can't cuss on here or write about sex unless you rate it on the 18+ then your good. Other then that I really hope you enjoy this site and improve alote on your writting cause you get alote of positive reviews. Don't be shy to ask questions!

For me, the most helpful page to learn about rules, etc was this: http://www.youngwriterssociety.com/topic813.html which is by Nate (the founder of the site) and should tell you everything you need to know. Also, if you need help feel free to PM (private message) me. Enjoy getting to know other writers, writing, and receiving critiques! I'll make sure to check out some of your stuff when I finish this.

Hi there! Welcome to the site. I hope you're enjoying yourself so far.
The link Sarebear gave you is probably the best, but a few rules that come to mind off the top of my head are:
1) No chat speak
2) Avoid writing in all caps
3) Use correct grammar when posting anything
4) Be courteous to your reviewers and everyone else
5) Keep a 2:1 ratio of reviews to your own work
