Konnichiwa=Hello in Japanese !! I am a new member

Kon'nichiwa,
I am a newbie in Young Writer Society and wanted to introduce myself!!
First, I am a BIG fan of Japan and South Korea, which means I listen to J-pop and K-pop and watch J-dramas and K-dramas .. I watch Animes as well , Animes are Japanese cartoons, there are rated with respect to violence,bad words etc. If you watch Animes as well, tell me which Anime do you watch!!! I watched and I am still watching A LOT of Animes, but recently I watched an anime called on piece which has 496 episodes and I watched in only 9 weeks!! Yay me!
I really like adventures and pirates !! I like snakes because they look beautiful, do you agree? Hahaha I think I relly like a lot of weird things and I wish to become a Novelist whose novels will become block-buster movies
I wish to be friends with all !! Please comment and introduce yourself if you are new !!!

My name is Yuri and welcome to YWS! I'm so glad that you have found this site. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as other writers here do. And by the way, I think "cute cat" is the English translation of your name. I didn't use any translation site, I'm just familiar with those two words. haha. And yep, you guessed it... I love watching anime, and listening to j-pops and k-pops! Rythem is a band duo I really like, if you know them... well are you my long lost twin? xD I know One Piece but I haven't really watched every episodes, though I adore Naruto. ^______^

And about k-pops, do you know SNSD, 2NE1 or Super Junior? I think you pretty much do. haha. Well, this welcome remark of mine might take too long, but anyways, it's good to meet someone who shares much things in common.

And yeah, you'll definitely love YWS! Writers here give you critiques that are really helpful but don't also forget to review other works too! It's not mandatory but we are encouraged to. It's a win-win situation after all.

Well, actually I don't follow K-Pop a lot but I really loved listening to a lot of it after listening to the Boom Boom song for Seoul tourism.
And no; I'm not from Japan, I just like to learn Japanese.

Well, I haven't really followed much of anime/manga since end of school with the pressure from uni, so all the series I was watching are left halfway. ^^ My favourite has to be Death Note though.

Hey there KawaiiNeko! Welcome to YWS. It's nice to have you as another addition to the site. [: I'm sure you'll fit in just nicely, but I figured a friendly hello would be in order. ^-^

That's so cool that you're from Japan. I'm from the US. California to be more precise, and I love it here. Japan seems so cool though, too; really busy and fun. Isn't it like where all that harajuku madness goes on. So cool. I wanted to dress up as harajuku for Halloween after I saw that one Kanye West video. xP Don't laugh.

But anyway, I hope you're enjoying the site so far. It really is an awesome place to build yourself up as a writer and to get a feel for what other writers out there are also like. Since being here I feel like I've really grown as a writer. But of course still have much to learn. I hope you have a similar, if not better experience being here.

I am not from Japan ( sorry for making you feel this way !! GOMENNASAII = sorry ) I am African ( half arabian as well ) Well, harajuku girls are fun and bright, I just LOVE there style , so funky and surprising!! Did you really intend to dress like harajuku ? ( DO IT PLEASE !!! IT WILL BE FUN !! GO GO HEHE)
I will try my best to review stories and poems and write some stories myself !!

You say you listen to J-pop and K-pop and I've been wanting to listen to those for a long time, they seem really cool you know, but... there's like a tonne of them out there. So, I'd like to ask you, which songs do you recommend?

I also like animes . I use to watch them a lot more than I do now, I think homework might've something to do with it. Which animes do you like? I think out of the few that I've watched I particularly enjoyed Ouran High School Host Club, have you seen that one yet? If not, you should, it's good. Well, I think it's good anyway.
