Depends on what you were going for. I'd personally use more lines, and more shading, but I also like doing very detailed pieces and I usually prefer acrylic as my media. But it has almost an anime feeling to it. So if that's what you were going for great. If not, there are different ways to improve. Like cross hatch shading! It's always really fun to experiment with. That and just different kinds of lines and textures. It also could use a little bit more in the background.
If you were trying to do a simple drawing for a cartoon show or something, it's fine there are things to work on but it's a good start. If you are tring to be realistic, you have a lot of work to do. It looks really fake and I don't mean to hurt your feelings or something, but you really need to practice. Get some art lessons or somthing. Again, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings at all! Really I didn't I'm just giving my honest opinion.
Hey, there no such thing as good and bad in art but there is room to improve in everything. The picture is quite small so its not going to be easy to review. I drew quite a few horses when i was around 14, even though i didn't like them so i realize horses are quite hard to draw, they look simple bub it's very hard to get everything right. I suggest you get a book about drawing horses I have a couple, if you know where to get them they can be very cheap like a dollar or two.
Now when you draw horses you should always have a picture make it black and white using your computer to make it easier to see the shadows and highlights if your drawing with a Grey lead pencil. Try a putting a grid on the original piece and a corresponding one on your own picture, make sure you remove it . That way it's like drawing a series of small mini pictures and joining them together rather than one big picture.
I'm not sure if this is a cartoon or a realistic picture but i will assume that it is the later. Pictures are not made of pines but varying shades of color. Create more depth and tone using shadowing, just color a area in lightly and use your finger or a smudging stick to blend it. It wall take a while to master. Don't be afraid to just scribble or add more detail.
The neck should be thinner and more defined. The eyes should be more slanted in par with the two line sin the middle. The horse also might have more natural looking, messy, mane. A mouth would be good too. Really you should look at some pictures. Draw what you see!
