I Hold my Hand Out for You

Proportions and dimensions are really hard =3= but I'm actually pretty proud of myself with these. The first one I was just using a reference to see how an outstretched hand would look and the second one I drew all by myself I'm pretty dang proud.
NOW TEAR THEM APART!!! XD





My mom said they were bad =3= but it's only my first try T^T so I'm ignoring her XP
And they're just doodles for practice so WHATEVER MOM!! Pahaha, but that's only her. I won't react like that if you guys tear them apart. I don't know why, but I just get annoyed when my mom is the one picking them apart (cough, cause she can't draw, cough)

Hahah I like them although the bottom one, the leg sticking out looks way too long XD but I'm no drawer so XD Anyways I think its great. Especially the first one haha. Good luck and Happy Drawing!!!!

They do seem a bit amaturish, but this is only because it's your first time! Keep up the good work kid! With talent like that, when you really start to practice, you'll get better and better over time!

hey, these are pretty good for the first time playing with perspective =D

The top one is my favourite, and the hand is great- the shape is great. The only thing that really sticks out to me is the head looks a bit too small for the body- he has such wide shoulders, and his head seems to be perched between them. From this angle you would most likely be able to see under his chin, which should be emphasised slightly, and the whole head should be a little larger.

The second one has potential, but if you want the foot to be that large in relation to her, it should be more in front of her. At the moment her leg looks painfully long. If it was shifted to closer towards her body, the leg would look shorter.
Also, I am not quite sure- you may want to look up some anatomy guides, but I think her breasts are a little too high on her torso. Her hips should be about the same width as her shoulders, also. ^^

Seriously though, keep drawing- don't listen to your mother - because you show potential, and obviously aren't afraid to play with the more difficult angles, which is awesome =D

Nice doodles, perspective is quite hard to do. I haven't actually attempted to do anything like this before. First thing I noticed about this is the paper, if your going to so something this nice a at least invest in some good paper line d paper is a bit tacky. Over all its quite good, like all the others have said there are problems with perspective, and your bodies are not accurate. A little more detail overall would be nice, on the hands particularly, as far as i can see the outlines are quite good but they lack the segments and joints that make hands hands, it hard to explain but they are not really detailed enough even for cartoon hands. Although i did like the exaggerated foot.

Your faces are way to sharp, i noticed this on many of your works. Yes the are cartoons but that doesn't mean they should come to tapered points.
