The page for a Novel currently allows comments, and those comments are meant to be for the entire work. But, very few people ever write a comment on the Novel page.

So, what I'm thinking of doing is just showing all comments to all chapters posted on the Novel page. Those comments would of course still show in individual chapters, and people would still be able to write comments on the Novel page itself. So this is really just a way for the author and other readers to quickly glance at all comments ever written to the Novel anywhere on YWS.

Does that make sense? If so, does it sound good?

YES.
I am nothing
but a mouthful of 'sorry's, half-hearted
apologies that roll of my tongue, smoothquick, like 'r's
or maybe like pocket candy
that's just a bit too sweet.

Yes, a great idea. I don't normally catch many users using the comment box on the novel page. I've only used it once or twice myself. I think it would get more use if you made that change.

Yes, then when people are browsing through the novels they can see what people thought. They also can have an idea of how many reviews the person got.

My first thought was "Yes" and my second thought was "how will this be organized?"
