Spoiler
I'll give you three hints to let you know who this is about.

-He belongs to Peter S. Beagle.
-He's from the Last Unicorn.
-He's a magician.

He's my fictional soul mate.

Once you find love, you’re supposed to hold on.
But how am I supposed to?
If he lives within the pages of myth.
He’s charmed me so, I fell fast and hard, but yet I cannot reach him.
Most girls dream of heroes and princes.
I dream of a magician.
He’s too tall, too skinny, too clumsy, too incompetent, too old,
And his nose is far too big.
But I love him.
As far as lovers go, we’re perfect.

Oh my dear Magician,
Cast another spell.
Turn fantasy into reality.
I don’t even care if you fail,
Like you have so many times before.
Just try.
Try to become real.
For me.
For our love.
For what could be.

I want to dwell in your green eyes,
This barrier between us keeps me away from them.
I want to hear the stories of your life that you’ve led,
So many years and eons,
Cursed to be young forever.
Tell me about your failures, your past loves,
About anything.
Just come lie here with me,
And love.

This was a cool idea, even though I honestly don't know who you're talking about (I'm a bad guesser, I guess, haha). Anyway, I like your descriptions of imperfection, and that you were able to artistically describe your love for a fictional character. When most people do this, it ends up being completely corny. You manage to avoid it, and your poem has a cool, quirky character to it. I think if you'd really wanted to you could have gone even further into imagery, but it's fine as-is. Alas, I've been at a loss on what to critique today.
Keep writing,

wow this is a neat poem. It is very descriptive yet very mysterious. Is he old is he young? or is he old but is stuck at the same age? a tad bit confused there but all in all this is a nice poem.
good job

Does anybody else passive-aggressively refresh the page to see if anything you said made it into the quote generator?
