What do you like to write? What genres do you like to read? I'm simply full of book suggestions, so if you ever want any, feel free to ask.

For reviews, let me know if you need any help. The main idea is to get across your thoughts to the other person. Look at something objectively, say whether you like the story or think it's believable, how it made you feel, what you think could be made better... all that stuff.
There's even a little checklist on your right when you write a review to help you keep everything in mind. Sometimes, it helps to go around and read random reviews from people who have been here for a while. That can kind of give you an idea of what to focus on.
