As I rate this "e for everyone" i feel like I'm rating a video game...

My name is K. Seriously, that's my name. Okay, so it's Kaylene by I can pretend can't I? I've been writing since I was... ten? eleven? Something like that, and I intend to make it my full occupation (with another little one on the side.)

Something kinda unique about me is that I'm a diabetic (pancreatically challenged) and that I live in Ireland. Go figure. (Well, I temporarily live in Ireland. It's where my dad lives and I'm spending a year with him. No, I don't have an Irish accent and no we don't eat Haggis. That's Scotland.)

I tend to be kinda random and funny, to myself at least, and use parenthesis a lot. Fun fun fun. That's... pretty much it... Oh, and I'm a pirate!

Okay, so I have to ask - what's Ireland like? I've never been there myself, but I've always wanted to go! Even more so after I found out that my family is from there! XD

Uhm... let's see...

Ireland is one of the prettiest places in the world. Seriously, it's absolutely gorgeous. I swear, every scenic shot you've ever seen has probably been shot in Ireland. One of the best things about Ireland is (scenery) the people. They are hilarious. Sure you come accross that occasional jerk, but for the most part they're really nice. If you've ever been a tourist in Britain then take how nice they were then and double it (triple it actually) and you have the total awesomeness of Irish people. Not to mention, for anyone who is a history nut (like me) Ireland has all these amazing castles that you can visit. Now you obviously can't go everywhere, but it's really nice if you want to write a story based in a castle.

That's (see above paragraph, last sentace) exactly what I like to write. Mostly medieval based fantasy stories and the such, oftentimes with their own cultures, language, and history. Needless to say it takes me a long time to get a story written, which is why I have yet to actually finish anything. (Though I'm getting very close with my current piece. ) I can't write short stories for the same reason. I've tried. They always end up with several pages of just explaination because I want everyone to see my world and to understand everything.

I do write poetry too though, a little, and some more realistic stories. It depends on what I'm thinking about at the time. My poetry isn't great because I'm just starting but I'm actually thinking of posting one of m works on this site eventually. We'll see whether I post a story or my poetry first.

Wow, I'm rambling. Okay, that answered your question like ten sentances ago.
